We charge $150 per cubic yard of material spread. There’s a 5 yard minimum, which means most jobs start around $750. A typical residential lawn needs 5 to 8 yards. We give you an exact quote after measuring your lawn.
The best months are May, June, September, and October. Avoid July and August because the heat can stress your lawn. Don’t wait too late in fall either. New grass needs time to establish before the first frost.

Yes. We offer delivery only for DIY customers. Up to 5 yards is $450 and up to 8 yards is $650. Just tell us where to drop it. Set a marker or cone where you want the pile.
